The Fix · Included free

A change of plans. Not a fresh start.

One meal is part of a week. When your pace drifts, The Fix shows what an adjustment would mean across the days ahead, with three ways to approach it.

01

Keep It Easy

Small daily nudges. A little closer to your weekly target.

02

Balanced Recovery

A middle path between the gap and the days you have left.

03

Catch Up Faster

A larger adjustment, within the app’s calorie limits.

Every option respects a minimum calorie target. If closing the whole gap isn't reasonable, MacroMile tells you. No skipped meals. No changes to your original goals.

A closer look

Built around the food you actually eat.

Familiar meals, flexible plans, and a clearer view of what goes into your week.

01 / Plan · Premium

A week that feels like yours.

Build a meal plan from your go-to meals and saved orders. Ask for a change in plain words, review it, then apply it. Your chosen meals stay put.

02 / Photo logging · Premium

Your plate. Your final say.

Take a photo, review the foods and estimated portions, and confirm what gets logged. Estimates and confidence are visible before you add a meal.

03 / Nutrient Map · Premium

Look beyond the macros.

Explore 37 nutrients and compounds, grouped by body system. See your food sources and how much data is available. Missing data stays missing—it never becomes a zero.

The everyday essentials

Less work between a meal and your log.

Search it. Scan it. Save it.

Search more than 1.4 million foods, scan a barcode for free, or enter the numbers yourself. Favorites, recent foods and saved meals make the next time quicker.

Order the way you eat.

Build a restaurant meal from its parts. Your side, your entrees, your portions—saved for next time.

Keep supplements in view.

A shelf for your supplements and a tap to mark each one taken. In the Nutrient Map, supplements stay separate from food.

Ask about your own log.

With Premium diet chat, ask where a nutrient came from or what you ate last week. Answers show whether they draw on your log or general nutrition knowledge.

A few details

Before you begin.

When can I download MacroMile?

MacroMile is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone running iOS 17 or later. The download link will be available here when it launches.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up or login. Your profile, plans and food log are stored on your phone.

What happens if I miss a day?

An empty log isn't treated as fasting. Before The Fix calculates an adjustment, you can fill the day in or waive it, counting it as met. You can waive up to two days a week.

How does MacroMile use AI?

Optional AI features suggest meals, estimate foods and portions from photos, and help answer questions. Meal-plan nutrition totals are calculated on your device from nutrition data. You review changes before applying them, and you can turn AI features off.

Is MacroMile medical advice?

No. Targets and portions are estimates, and the app provides information about your logged intake. It does not diagnose conditions or replace advice from a qualified health professional.

Make room for real life.

A little perspective. A plan you can adjust. A week you can keep going with.
